I think that Isaac did the 10th season. Because its not that long since he wanted to leave? And the 10th season had to be made before the acident happend. atleast some episodes. So maybe we will se chief run away again? Who knows. Or that he going to do it out the contract.

maybe they made just one show a week, but in the preview is definitely isaac.so I think they made this episode before isaac left. my other theory is that isaac didnt leave, it was just a publicity thing. and I think the countdown on this page is wrong.
